PAYMENT/CHILD FARES:
Payment is required in full at time of booking. Payment by credit card will incur a £2.50 surcharge per transaction; a surcharge does not apply to debit card payments. Any child under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult who is at least 18 years old. CheneryLive reserves the right to refuse to accept for travel any person who appears to be under the age of 14 and who cannot provide documentary proof.

BOOKING CONFIRMATION & TICKETS:
The Booking Confirmation details pick-up point/time and coach seat number(s). Please note any reference to seat location at the venue, where quoted, is a guide only and cannot be guaranteed. Where it becomes necessary to amend any arrangements (CheneryLive reserves the right to do so) then you will be notified and a revised Booking Confirmation issued. It is your responsibility to check this document to ensure it is correct; any inconsistency should be reported immediately. Event tickets will be issued on presentation of the Booking Confirmation as you join the coach; at that point the responsibility for their safety rests with you and CheneryLive will accept no further liability.

COACH TRAVEL/PICK-UP POINTS/JOURNEY TIMES:
CheneryLive will, in the main, provide travel services using its own coach fleet but reserves the right to sub-contract travel to a coach operator who meets the necessary standards. All coaches will clearly display a Coach No/Destination for ease of identification. Pick-up points are not guaranteed and CheneryLive reserves the right to amend the advertised pick-up route/time as deemed necessary and you will be notified of any such change affecting your booking. Journey times are carefully calculated but CheneryLive cannot be held responsible for delays brought about by circumstances outside our control.

CANCELLATIONS/AMENDMENTS/REFUND POLICY:
In the case of cancellation by the customer, CheneryLive requires at least 48 hours’ notice when a refund of 75% of the travel cost only will be made. If CheneryLive re-sells the event tickets on your behalf then the balance will be refunded less a fee of £3.50 per transaction. All ticket and travel packages are offered subject to sufficient interest and where bookings do not reach a viable level then CheneryLive reserves the right to cancel provided we give you at least 10 days’ notice. In the case of cancellation by CheneryLive, our liability shall be limited to refunding all monies paid by you.

SMOKING/ALCOHOL POLICY:
CheneryLive enforces a strict ‘No Smoking’ policy on all coaches and, for the comfort and safety of it passengers and staff, a ’No Alcohol’ policy is also rigorously enforced.
